Residential and Domestic Sprinkler Systems

Our knowledge & experience within the sprinkler industry enables us to provide a complete package through all aspects of design and approval to installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance

When involved in a building project for a residential, domestic, or multi occupancy building at the initial design stage, our qualified engineers can design a sprinkler system that will be flexible & be cost effective.

All consultations and agreements with the building control body will be carried out by our knowledgeable staff.

From residential homes & multi occupancy buildings to domestic loft conversions, our systems are tailored to be cost effective and functional.

Experienced project engineers carry out all design work, using state of the art software. Our trained installation engineers will work in conjunction with all other trades, if required we can supervise the installation by your own plumbers (after a small training session), with our trained commissioning engineers supervising the install at all stages of construction, we will then carry out the final commissioning and sign off. Concealed heads make the systems almost invisible.

We will only fit a system that is compliant with BS 9251.2005 – so that a certificate of compliance can be issued. This is our guarantee of design, installation & compliance quality.

How Residential Sprinkler Systems Work

Sprinklers are linked by a network of piping usually drawing from household water sources. Because the fire sprinkler system reacts so quickly, it will dramatically reduce the heat, flames and smoke produced in a fire. In sprinklered residences, 90% of fires are contained by the operation of just one sprinkler. Sprinklers keep water and smoke damage to a minimum.
